Centered City Yoga (920 E 900 S) wins for community. Utah's original yoga studio since 1999, they offer 100+ weekly classes across 20+ styles. The instructors actually know your name. The vibe is unpretentious and welcoming — very Sugar House.
Lila Studio takes the top spot for pure experience. Small class sizes, exceptional teachers, and a space that feels like someone's beautiful living room. It's the kind of yoga that makes you feel like a different person afterward.
SEEK Studio is the best value if you want yoga + strength + cycling on one membership. The space is modern, the community is tight-knit, and the programming is smart. YogaSix Sugarhouse is the best for hot yoga specifically — their heated classes are legitimately excellent.
HOTWORX at 2100 S & 700 E is the wildcard: infrared sauna workouts in a private pod. It's not traditional yoga but the recovery benefits are real. Worth trying at least once.
